This image was timely when I first thought of it in January. Now in April with the decent weather kicking in it's much less so! Never mind, I like the way she turned out, particularly her messy space buns hairstyle and baggy jumper.

I built the jumper's texture in four layers; a bottom layer with basic shading, a layer with the herring bone texture, another layer with the ribbing and a final layer on top to add more shading and tweaks.

This may be the last image I paint in Pixelmator. I picked-up Clip Studio Pro in a sale recently and will be switching to that for my next piece.

Update: Tweaked the eyes a bit and repositioned her left space bun.
