Lenore from the Castlevania animated series on Netflix. She is the 'diplomat' of the Styria Council of Sisters. Not to give away a plot point but the reason she is looking so self satisfied has to do with the ring she is wearing.

As she has red hair and eyes and there is a red band intertwined in her ring I thought it would be fun to add that as a spot colour.

Update: I decided to try digitally inking the line art. Not sure about how it turned out. I think I should have used a thicker brush to get some more dynamic changes in line width.
