Ebony and Ivory

This image went through a couple of versions while I was planing it. Initially I was going to give her a more exaggerated pose and render her in black and white ink like my previous piece, Slim thicc girl. Then I decided to make a painting instead but with very dark skin and just pale hints of colour. In the end I gave her a lighter skin tone than I originally envisioned. I'm not sure if her complexion still counts as ebony but I wanted to keep the title!
Update: At the advice of a friend I have added some rim lighting to better define her lower back, left arm and hand and left leg.
